Chocolate Orange Pudding with a Gooey, Melting Centre

Introduction
Trust us, this may seem a little bonkers, however this is absolutely delicious and really easy to make.

1 x bar (200gm) of White Chocolate
1 x jar of our Carrot & Cardamom Chutney
65gm Rapeseed Oil
65gm Golden Caster Sugar
250gm Dark Chocolate
Zest of an orange
4 x Free range Eggs
50gm Plain Flour
How to make
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180C or 160C fan
Melt the white chocolate over a bain-marie and spoon into an ice cube tray to halfway. Add half a teaspoonful of our Carrot & Cardamom Chutney. Cover over with the remaining white chocolate and place in freezer for 10mins or until set
Melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie and mix with all the other ingredients with a hand held whisk
Spoon the dark chocolate mixture into 6 x pudding tins to halfway
Sink the frozen white chocolate "cubes" into the middle of the pudding tin and top off with the remaining dark chocolate mixture
Place the 6 puddings onto oven tray and bake for 15mins
Leave to stand for 5 mins, then run a knife around the edge an gently tip out
Serve with a cheeky kiss
