This is such an easy recipe it will become one of your weekly favourites or your go to dinner party repartee

Fillets of Salmon (1 x per person)
1 x jar of our Chilli Chutney
Lemon quartered
Cherry tomatoes
Your favourite green veggies - tender stem broccoli, sugar snaps; asparagus
Drizzle of rapeseed oil
How to make
Method
Turn the grill up to its highest heat
Line an oven dish with tinfoil (saves on washing up)
Lay out your salmon fillets skin side up
Sprinkle in the tomatoes and green veggies
Scatter the quartered lemon wedges
Drizzle a generous amount of our Chilli Chutney. The more you use the hotter the flavour.
Drizzle with a touch of rapeseed oil
Place under the very hot grill for 10mins or until the salmon is cooked
Kick back and enjoy
